I felt that the service representative was rushed. When checking out after service it was discovered that Rene had not noted "auto cub discount" on the repair order so the bill did not reflect a true 10% discount for parts and labor. Also I am purchased my lexus from longo and was told by both the general sales manager and the service manager at the "thank you" meeting that I was entitled to a 10% discount on parts and labor when ever I had service. The second isdue was that Rene did not note on the repair order that I needed a ride home. I waited over an hour waiting to be contacted by a shuttle driver. After that time I checked on an ETE an was told my name was not on any list. Instead I had to get a car to take home. I think that Longo has a bad communication system internally between employees. So far the repair seems to have been done well.
