The maintenance service was done, and some recommended service was also done satisfactory, but the detail service seemed ok until I noticed something that I thought was lint and then looked closer and saw that the carpet was ripped in the rear area of my car. I immediately went back inside to tell Jim Palmer and he came out and took pictures. The detail person told him that the vehicle was like that but it definitely was not so. I hope that Longo Lexus can make it right and repair the carpet. I didn’t make a big scene because I trust Jim. I’m waiting on his call to make this right, I am a faithful customer for 15 years, and this company has been providing excellent service and I expect them to continue.
