Madison was great. 5 stars! No problem there.
There was a problem picking up my vehicle.
I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes as it was going to be washed.
Reasonable. However after 30 minutes and no vehicle I went out to check only to find it ready but no one notified me. The outside operation seemed disorganized. Normally in the past it has been efficient.
