My vehicle was supposed to be done since monday. I go to pick it up today tuesday and I still find dog hair all over the interior.
I'm told my car is ready when it's clearly not. Yesterday evening via text. So I decided to call the receptionist. And he comments "well if you recieved a text then it's ready" in a rude manner. I left my car with Frank and I do not recieve many updates or to apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks to Jose Mendoza treating us well I'll still consider business.

Rene was nice and professional I appreciated his candor about issues. Only one thing I would say needs improvement. When staying you will call back, call back within time frame given. Both times I was given a follow up time frame and I was called hours later. At least call and say need more time to get information. I had to call back to get status. Other that small thing Rene was very good.
