Beau Ly was very helpful he kept me updated with what’s happening with the ongoing service. Was very disappointed during the pick up of the car . Beau called me around 3pm stayed that the car is all done washed up and all ready for picked up so I still waited a couple of hours just to give time and make sure it’s ready. When I got there around 5:30pm I gave the receipt to the guys outside he checked on the computer and he told me it’s being washed . I was like are you sure the car has been washed long time ago he insisted that it’s still being washed without even checking. I went back inside and complain and when they finally checked around 6pm that it was done long time ago was just sitting there hope things like this won’t happen especially after paying almost 600 dollars for service .
