Taylor was excellent, great customer service and fast. The loaner vehicle service folks we not. They were slow and because of a meeting that almost all of the service members were having it caused even more delays. Why hold a meeting with 15 employees sitting there when customers are waiting in a long line? and we could even see everything through the glass windows....
