Where has the customer service gone at Longo Lexus? When my service rep called me I walked up to him & he did not even shake my hand & seemed to be in a huge rush to get me out of there. I felt as if I was bothering him just getting my car serviced. Then when returning the car the usher just looks at me & when I say hello he responds bluntly, “returning” ummmm yes but can you please not act out to me because you apparently hate your job. Then when picking up my car my dash cam was unplugged, can you please explain to me why? If I left Longo & got in a car accident and it wasn’t recorded because your tech unplugged my camera then there would be a big problem for you there. Please treat your customers with some basic human decency, thank you.
