Kelly, advised me asap that parts had to be ordered quickly initiated the process for a loaner. He kept me posted on the status and seemed as happy as I was when the job was complete. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was on my way home in no time.

My experience at Longo Lexus was not good at all. The customer service was lacking. Edgar assisted me with the sign in and advised he was stepping out on vacation he was the most professional therefore Kelly would be assisting me. Kelly called Monday morning to advise he would be requesting for approval from my warranty. I remembered later the sunroof was noisy and my radio artist would not show up. Kelly made a rude comment to me that if he requested for the additional repairs the warranty would think Longo was committing fraud. I explained to Kelly I had the warranty, and it should not be a problem, and if the work is declined I would seek legal assistance since the warranty is in place. Also when I was leaving the dealership, with the loaner vehicle, the gentleman who checked me in did not give me directions of how to drive out since I never went to that part of the lot at Longo I drove towards the sales where I was when I purchased my car and a male employee stopped me when I was making a u- turn quite arrogant telling me “Didn’t you see the sign you are not allowed back here?!?!?!” Instead of directing me he acts unprofessional. Lastly when I arrived to pick up my car 6pm 12/3/19 there was 1-female assisting a long line of customers picking up their cars so by the time I drove out of Longo the whole process was 30-minutes. I wasted 30-minutes sitting in the lobby. I’m not sure if I want to return to your Longo Lexus chaos.

again, from once entering Lexus Service Center all personnel provided what other car dealers cant offer. Experience, attention and in my opinion, a quality no one that comes close too! As basic that my concern was with tire warning signal, Rene had my Lexus returned in that timely manner and that...was why Ill bring any Lexus concern to this dealership. Thank’s Rene and to those for the outstanding care!
