When I came back with my loan car. The front desk receptionist was cold not friendly. When I pay my bill nothing was gone over with me. It was assumed I know what was worked on. It was if no one cared about the service I was reviving. The technical customer support never cam out to explain anything about what condition my car was in. As in past visits. It was not what I have experienced it previous visits. My lease is almost due and no one even bothered to see if I had any interest in any models or special that may be available to me. I would think someone may have reviewed my file to know this type of background and offer me other possibilities. It seemed all that was conceded was get his oil changed get his money and get him out. I find the service was substandard and I may change my mind about getting another Lexus and got where want my business. It appears Longo Lexus only wants my money and does not want to provide excellent customer service. I will tell all my other friends that lease and buy cars every other year don’t got to Longo Lexus if you are looking for excellent customer service because they **** at it. My name is Rudy Paulus. I bought a 2020 Lexus RX450 HL and the battery died completely after less than 200 miles driven. It was towed to Longo Lexus to evaluate. I was told the small battery was too low. They charged and was able to bring the battery to 75% full. I think that a new battery should have been replaced if it drained that badly after such a short period of time and being so new. David explained that Lexus wouldn’t allow a replacement, which I disagree. This is towards my disappointment towards Lexus for not approving a replacement to new battery in my case. It is not towards David Parada who was helping me not Longo Lexus.
