Man Wong was so courteous and helpful with all of my concerns. He did everything he could to help me get this resolved without cost since I had very low mileage and the warranty had just run out a few months ago. The cost to replace the part would have been very high so I really appreciate all his efforts to get it covered. He kept me up to date throughout the process and provided me with a loaner car quickly so I could get back to my Christmas shopping. Great experience and great Longo employee! This is my second service experience with Mr. Wong and I plan to request him again.
