The issue with CarPlay is still pending. Not sure how my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander has updated CarPlay software and Lexus does not. I’m paying for a car with defects. As an owner of another Toyota and Lexus, just really disappointed with the brand. I went to the dealer twice and spent over two hours waiting for my car to tell me at the end that they could not fix the issue. Driving the car now with a defective CarPlay system. If I can give negative google review stars, I would.
