Talked to service department told them i have protection for windshield and tires and just got rock chip on my car's windshield, representative told me that she scheduled appointments to get it fixed , i was relieved but when drove it service center rock chip turned into crack now they didnt want to help me... such a lack of information and carelessness by service department . Did they not know when i am going to drive my car there are chances this rock chip will turn into crack , and on that after dropping off when i picked up that crack which was around 12 inches turned into 24 inches called back when noticed to ask about no one took my called left voice message no reply....
