The experience was good until it came time to pick up my car. I was told it was ready so I paid online as recommended but still had to wait 20-40 min before my car was delivered. I was not pleased. A similar experience occurred the previous visit although not as bad. You need to pay attention to what happens on the tail end of the Lexus service experience.
