Frank was very courteous and professional. Our car was ready earlier than expected, which certainly was appreciated! Thank you for your assistance. It was our first service experience with Longo Lexus, and everything went very well. The only comment I would make is that although we had a 7:15 appointment, there wasn’t a separate appointment lane. We ended up having to wait 15-20 minutes in line with everyone else. Wish that we could’ve avoided that delay. Otherwise, great service!
