Loaner department needs improvement. The wait for the car was 40 minutes and once we got in the car, it was dirty inside and the tank had less than 1/4 gas. We had to step out of the car, wait longer, while gas was being put in the car.
We are okay with waiting but being unprepared for customers is not good customer service.

I was very unhappy with my experience yesterday. I do not blame the representative. I was unhappy because I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was then made to wait 45 minutes before a representative could meet me. Also, following the service, I picked up my “clean” car and it was not clean. I had to wash it again today. I went out of my way to come to your dealership because I had good experiences buying the car and the two other services. I’m not sure I’ll be back for my 30,000 mile service.
