I got checked in outside and was told someone will call me. I waited 1/2 hour for someone to help me . Finally I went up to the front desk and I was told my name wasn’t on the list. I was lucky to have David Parada went out of his way to find my order and helped me . Maybe it was a busy day and I had to wait 4 1/2 hour for my car. Other than waiting too long for my car, I’m happy with the service.
