While reserving the service I mentioned I wanted to use the alignment coupon and the attendant said OK. When I arrived for my appt the service specialist did not apply the coupon and tried to charge me the full amount. If I hadnt caught that I wouldve missed the deal.
Also I dont think the 19 point inspection was performed. This was promised to me over the phone as well. I do not see anything in the invoice and have not heard anything about it.
I also brought up that my motor was rattling and the service attendant said they can do a visual inspection which I agreed to. I never heard anything about that either so I am assuming it was missed.
Also I did not get a report of the alignment work so I cant even be sure if it was done correctly.
All in all not satisfied. I will probably go back to Lexus of Glendale, they always keep their promises and provide full reports.

The price is out of proportion to the work.
Plus, I paid the bill at home and the message said “ Payment Confirmation: Hello Customer First Name, your payment has been received. Please see the Express Cashier for your invoice and keys. Your car will be prioritized for quick pick up. See you soon ”. However, I still need to wait in line for cashier then wait outside for my car.
