Kelly Yang was a great staff. I have absolutely no complaints about him.
However, your staff at car return staff after the payment was extremely disappointing due to lack of customer service. When I went outside immediately after I paid, a man was complaining since he was waiting his car over 20minutes.
I gave my receipt to a late 40’s or early 50’s Asian lady. She told me to wait. I waited over 40 minutes and complained to a young man. He said she didn’t properly scan the receipt. He scanned it without apologizing for the previous mistakes. I waited another 8 minutes after he scanned.
