Good service overall from everyone that I encountered at the dealership! One suggestion; porter should have stayed on top of her/his game to bring the vehicle back to me in a timely manner when work was completed. It was a long wait for me to bring the car back to me in the end...

Frank Lorusso provided satisfactory service, but I am disappointed in the maintenance performed. If the invoice indicated that my window motor may need replacement, they should have replaced it then. Instead I get stuck with a $350 bill for a re-time. I'm sure the need to replace it will come very soon. In addition, there were greasy fingerprints left on the car and window!
