Service Edgar provided was excellent which is why I enjoy dealing with him.
The loaner car dept however was below standard. The wait was too long to get the car and had not been vacuumed from previous driver. AND, the wanted to charge me $9 for gas for being SLIGHTLY under the level. I refused to pay that $9.

Julio was wonderful!!! Since I felt so safe with him that I requested to have him return my car. Both times he called me to tell me he was 5 minutes away so I could get my mask on and be ready when he came. When he requested my signature he put the paper on the table I provided and stepped back (social distancing). When he returned my car, he explained that the car was sanitized.
He also mentioned that the car’s steering wheel, the seat and the gear shift was covered with plastic so there was not direct contact so it would be safe for me to get in the car and drive it without disinfecting the inside. Thanks Julio!!!

Completely satisfied with the service provided by David Parada, he kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle was ready for pickup as promised on the evening of 7-21, he suggested I come in the following morning because the car was detailed. I arrived at 10:35am, paid at 10:41 and then waited 50 minutes for someone to bring me my car after speaking to four different individuals. I believe it was the supervisor that actually brought my car up. I’ve always been very satisfied with the service provided by Longo, this doesn’t change that.
