I asked for two diagnostics rejected one and wanted the other diagnostic job corrected but advisor told me i would be charged For a diagnostic and still had to pay for the work done after the diagnostic so $179 and plus the work cost $170 when i thought if i had work done the fee for diagnostic would be waived and just be charged for the work done. Doesn't feel like inwas charged correctly and why do job after diagnostic and still pay. Makes no sense!

The service was excellent as always and Edgar was great. I do have one complaint and that was when I picked up my car. I went inside and the front desk took my paper work and asked me to wait outside for my car. I waited 25 minutes and ask one of the girls outside where was my car? She looked up my name but did not show I was waiting for it. She went inside and came out and told me they had been calling me inside to sign the paper work. They did not page me outside, where I was told to wait. I would still be waiting if the girl outside did not check on it. Don’t tell a customer to wait outside then page them inside.
