When I arrived to the service center, they marked my car window, and then other cars arrived and they took 6 cars ahead of me. I flagged down an employee to inform them. The woman said, oh yeah other cars did go before you. So when the service writer wrote up the paper work . I told him what had happened he said, he would tell the supervisor. The service writer told me again when I paid for my car that he told the supervisor, but I felt I had to wait longer for my car, because those cars went ahead, I felt I should have been given a discount or something for the inconvenience. Also my radio was changed and a setting on my car was changed. It would be nice if my car setting were not disturbed in the future.
