- Careless service. Giving an estimate without even looking at the problems
- I felt the adviser did not want to hear me. I had feeling of he discriminate because of my spoken English.
- He did not show enthusiasm help me for a courtesy vehicle. I had to ask my to go and picked me up.
- just one option for me to choose to have my tire replaced.
- Very bad experience. Disappointed. Shame for Lexus.
