Jennifer was great, however, I was inconvenienced when I had to come back for my car the next day because they got the wrong key in. I had waited over three months for that key. Plus, I live about an hour away so it really was not cool to sit in traffic for over 2hrs because of traffic.

Man Wong was very pleasant to work with. He readily took care of a service special that was offered and made sure I understood the difference from the normal service (using Toyota motor oil rather than the typical oil), so there were no surprises. The car was ready sooner than promised which was nice. It was also convenient being able to take care of the service payment at his desk.
I do appreciate how Longo is addressing customer COVID safety in the service waiting area with social distancing and the regular wiping of surfaces. I am hesitant to go to public places during the pandemic and do feel better seeing the safety measures being taken.
