Long, 5 hours wait for service. In the future, bringing vehicle for service is better to avoid Friday’s esp. holiday weekends.

I’ve been doing oils change with Lexus since 2011, it was only about $80-$90 dollars. This time a simple oil charged $153. No detail was provided. Labor, oil filter and synthetic oil never exceed $100 before. Jame told me it was for $10,000 miles, but the sticker the technician put on the window was only for 5000 miles. Jame was trying to be nice to give me a coupon of $25, i doubted that he raised the price In the system and gave me a little discount to cover that raised price. Cheating dealership! Will never come back to Longo ever again!!! Hope your management take this seriously.
