Beau was great. I was waiting to be called to meet with an advisor after dropping my car off and it was taking a while so i walked to the front desk to asked and he overheard me asking and took the time to see me right away. He was very informative. He gave me really great estimation of when my car would be done. Last time I was there I had To wait way longer than I should’ve and it was before Covid. When i got back to pick up my car, he saw me walking in a referred to me by name and was quick to get the process started. I asked Questions and he was patient and genuine with his answers. He was great and I would Probably prefer to request for him for my next visit.
