There was a few things that concerned me about my service today. First was the discrepancy on my invoice that was corrected, then misunderstanding of my services, and finally I didn't like how certain things about my car wasn't noticed and brought to my attention.

Jim was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Jim kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. He suggested my car was in need of. a wheel alignment but because of my schedule I was not able to have that service performed. Jim also offered a rental so I could stick to my schedule and have the service performed. I was very pleased with the service I was given and will bring my vehicle back to Long for future services.
