Your express checkout is nothing different than regular checkout. I was extremely disappointed. I paid from the link I received in the text. I went to pick up my car. There was no one at the concierge desk outside and no one at the service desk inside. So I waited inside for someone to show up. Other customers were crowding around and employees kept walking back and forth so there was zero social distancing. When someone finally came to the desk she handed me I think 7 forms to sign. WTF? How is that express? You guys really need to rethink this aspect while the corona virus is going on. I’m just not sure I can come back for service. It was also very disappointing that you haven’t changed your check in service at all. The only difference is the big lexglass shields but the process is still factory what it has always been.

Everything was fine until the pick up of my Lexus. I was texted that the car was ready, but I didn’t get my car until an hour after I arrived for the pickup. Please fix your pickup notification process as I don’t have an hour to wait for my pickup.
