Have to walk all the way to rental Co enterprise in the hot day. Then When I asked the front desk, sort of same answer as Kelly. The answer is, "you can walk there". Had BMW suv before, seevece, not that good. Lexus , no better than bmw. And sale of coverage was misleading. Next, will get a mercedes benz.

Took a whole day from the time my car was dropped off (towed) to Longo for my car to get checked in and then I had to contact service twice to get updates. The problem was adequately diagnosed and fixed but the service was not up to previous experience with the two previous cars I have purchased from and had serviced at Longo.
