It was fine except for the long wait.Also when we made appointment the person who gave us the appointment never told us that someone will help us because Francis Saldana is not coming. It was not an emergency service. We could have waited til he came back. Communication gap. It’s like seeing ur primary doctor wherein you are comfortable because he knows your history & was given another doctor who is stranger to you. Thank w!

I tried to pay with a check and was completely criminalized because of it. The attendant asked for my ID, then asked me to wait while she called the bank, clearly to make sure the check had funds. I have never in my life, and I am 51 years old, has I business treated me like that.This is not the kind of service that one expects from a luxury brand. I ended up asking for the check back and paying with a credit card.
I will probably go to Glendale Lexus from now on.
In addition, when I got home I found a white dot, in the brand new red bumber.
