I was very disappointed with the Service adviser because I felt he was not sincerely sympathetic since I had reserved a loaner and was unable to fulfill my request. Instead He directed me to Enterprise car rental and failed to bring to managements attention knowing I was not very happy with this ordeal. I had to wait over 1 1/2 hr to get a rental car . This was most unpleasant experience
