Had an appointment for 9:45 but it took a half hour to get through the line. There were two lines but others jumped in the right side and that moved faster. Why have appointment times if this is the way it’s to be done. Basic service was supposed to be one to one and half hours. I didn’t get my car back until 3:30 all because I told them I thought the idle ran high sometimes. This was a basic tire rotation and checking fluids. Not good when I don’t have my car for the entire day.
