No complaints at all about Frank. He was great; kind and informative. I was just disappointed that the software update on my vehicle didn’t work the first time meaning I had to stay an hour longer than I had planned. I also would have liked to get process notifications. For example I was told at noon that my vehicle would be ready around 3 pm. 3 pm came and went and I didn’t hear a thing so I wasn’t sure when I should be heading back or not
