I may have said this before but Francis is a National Treasure! He's a joy to talk with, seems knowledgable about the service routine, gives advice when asked, and is very communicative about the process as it's moving along. He is my absolute favorite part about visiting Longo Lexus and I'm hoping he never leaves!
