I absolutely love working with Robin Ho! He’s on top of everything and a great advisor. He’s one of the reasons I travel about 30 miles to get my car serviced at Longo Lexus and ask for him by name.

The representative was polite and trying to be helpful as best as possible. The bad experience is associated to the dealership. The communication wasn't followed through correctly when I called reception. Drove 45minutes to be sent back. Three days later still no issue found. Took my car home, next morning light is back on. I am thankful that there were other things found & discussed but I didnt feel comfortable leaving with no answers. Then again I only go to Tustin dealership so it was out of my normal comfort zone.
