Rene was was very thorough when explaining to me what my maintenance check up included, asked if I had any questions, and efficiently presented to me the paperwork that had to be signed. After check up was completed, he clearly explained the condition of my tires as two are worn and need replacing. He also satisfactorily answered my question about extended warranties. It was a very positive experience

After my car free service and all paperwork show me zero charge, but after I pick up my car, charge me $7.75 from my Credit card without my permission. I called the person and left the message about these issue, never give me a call back. Terrible service.
