Although I was pleased with this service I was not pleased with an incident that took place back in December. I had a service and the tech stated my battery was in good condition apparently it was not since I was left stranded at work about a month later. I got a jump and made it home. The next day it didn't start and I was late to work. My neighbor who is a mechanic looked at it and noticed the battery and the terminals were corroded. Lexus was not very helpful and said I would beef to tie it in and they could look at it. I had to work and didn't have time for this nonsense or run around I got from Lexus. I fixed the problem myself overvthe next two days I had to find rides to and from work 20 miies away ridiculous! I didn't feel the comfort or trust I normally felt with Lexus service I conveyed all this to Jennifer as well and she really didn't have much to say other than well it's possibly just normal wear and tear or maybe I left my lights on. I chose not to discuss this further unfortunately this was not the first time I've been disappointed and I can only hope it's the last.
