Julien was exceptional. He took the time to explain every aspect and detail of the service related to my car. Specifically he exemplified true customer service. He also communicated with me throughout the day on the status of my car. If it's time for a raise he would very very well deserved.

Eric did a fine job. I understand the building is under construction but the wait time for everything that day when I visit was horrible. From shuttle to even just getting my paperwork took exceedingly too long (getting my paperwork from the cashier took over 10 mins, while I stood there and wait. Hopefully it will be improved later. Eric was outstanding however.

After contacting the general manager with our concerns paul the director of service did a great job keeping us in the loop and making sure the vehicle got done.
