My service advisor was excellent once I got to him, but the appointment process is terrible. Despite having an appointment, I sat waiting for 45 minutes past my appointment to finally talk to an advisor. I was skipped 5 times which even my eventual service advisor acknowledged.
With my previous BMWs and Mercedes I was always in and out within 10mins. The wait makes me question coming back to Longo for service again.
