Was told that I could drop off my rental car at 7:00 but was given poor instructions . Waited at the wrong place, went into Lexus lounge and was told to talk to security guard about that ?? Could not even drive my rental car to the Toyota side for Enterprise due to long line of cars and had to walk back and forth numerous times to get the right info. Wasted 30 minutes for that. Washed my car but left with soap all over it and it was a horrible experience.
