The promised time printed on the service paper was 12:00pm, but the service was done at 2:30pm. I asked mr Chang why it's late,he told me that he already told me that the shuttle gonna pick me up at that time. That doesn't sounds like a good excuse for being late of the service. Totally not like a service provided to customer by Longo Lexus, since I've been a service customer of Longo Lexus for almost 3 years.
