The time it took from when we received the text the car is ready until they actually brought it to me was ridiculous. I returned the rental to Enterprise around 4:30 and didn't get my car until 5:50. Why text it's ready when it's not! I had no issues with Man. He was very nice. A great customer service representative for your company.

You need more staff at FRONT DESK i saw things was taking more time than normal i saw one guy wating for more than one hour to get ride i dont know shuttle or loaner . Thing was going slow with front staff because of recent change in yiur system they move with change in system there fir more confuse
Though service advisor did excellent job. I appreciate.
For front staff this us just feedback not complain.
