I thought your service representative was awful.
Up front he told me he would try to have my car ready a bit earlier than the 2 pm estimate. The car that came in after my car, was ready at pm and they required an oil change. My car only needed a few inspections and program my car locks. John left for lunch and I couldn't get the status of my car. I t wasn't ready until after 3:30 pm. Then my car couldn't be found. The whole time it just wasn't where they thought it was. I am very disappointed in your service.

Jennifer has always been very helpful and professional. She was actually the reason why my car hood was repaired. I didn't know that it was under warranty so it was because of Jennifer's concern for my safety it was repaired She made the calls and notified me that it was under warranty.
