I can't imagine dealing with anyone else besides John. It's a shame that he can't work at everything I ever go to in life. Most patient and helpful person I've ever met. I love the repair service and my Adviser, Jennifer Nam's professional help. 110% happy and will be purchasing another RX soon. All because of Lexus's quality and the Service Department
But I have one complaint for the Loan Car Dept. the employees are generally courteous except one. His name is David and he has a lot to learn. .. first. I don't really mind to stand in line for 30 minutes waiting for my turn to check out a loan car. First, he was helping another customer who appeared to have done paperwork problems. He spent 30 minutes with her and not even apologized or asked me to sit down and wait. Basically he pomade me stood there for 30 minutes, Even the cashier ladies noticed it. Then he walked out with the customer and carried the baby crib (with the baby inside) to the parking lot. I hope Longo's attorney approved this overly helpful manner. I think the employee has run for improvement. This Visit caused me over one hour --this visit broke my past 10 years with Longo. My average time spent was 15 minutes.
