It was an easy and pleasant experience yet again. The only negative part I had was when I tried to pick up my car. The service rep forgot to give me the slip to give to the valet. I waited 5 minutes before realizing I needed it. Other than that I still enjoyed the experience.

Francis has been our Service Advisor for years. This time when our car begin having serious "gas" odors and we felt that it shouldn't be driven to Longo, we immediately called Francis, who we have complete trust in his judgement. This was mid-morning & usually the shop is packed! No problem, Francis took care of it and was able to provide us with a loner car. Within a couple of hours, Francis called and gave us the status/update of our car. Although, he was leaving early, via texting, we knew the work status. Great follow-up!
