Frank went beyond his normal excellent service. I had this rattle noise in the dash board area for awhile and have taken in on several occasions but the noise came back each time. Frank kept my car for 2 weeks until his tech was able to solved the problem. I have gone to different service reps before but Frank is the most detailed. He gave me updates daily. I am very satisfied with his service.
