Beau Ly wasn't even present, but I felt the service team didn't have to keep my vehicle in order to fix it, a simple reset should not need a diagnostic inspection. Especially since I could not obtain a loaner this appointment was an inconvenience.

Had a pre-scheduled appointment for Lexus maintenance. However, for some unknown reason, my car was not put on the list for maintenance work, even after being properly checked in. Was not told what the procedure was when receiving vehicle after service was completed. As a result I left the dealership without signing forms that Longo Lexus expected me to complete. Disorganized!
