my car was ready for pick up at 10:30 am and i didn't pick up my car till 4:00 pm. when i arrived i was handed my paperwork by the receptionist and told to wait outside for my car. i waited for 30 minutes and still did not get my car. i asked a service guy outside what is going on and he told me my car was never out in the queue. again, i arrived at 4 did not leave till 4:45 pm. this is unacceptable and poor customer service
