Although I was happy with how helpful Frank was I was very dissatisfied with how I received my car. I expected more from Lexus. I had my car detailed after its 15,000 service. I was satisfied with the exterior, but the interior wasn't what I expected. I unfortunately had to leave after I received my car and wasn't able to tell anyone. The carpets were still in the trunk. There were stains still all around the sides of my center console and around the car. The paper foot cover the employees use to protect the car was placed in the side door pocket. To me it looked unfinished. I was very dissatisfied with the interior detail.

Dashboard replaced under warranty. Issue fixed, however the left side of my instrument panel has stopped working and my car has to subsequently go back. Inconvenient. This could be avoided all if the technician would have taken thirty seconds to do a quality control check and ensure everything was working.

My husband and I arrived approximately 45 minutes early to our 1pm appointment, checked in, and were shuttled to West Covina. After about two hours (which was the accurate wait time given), we received a call that our service was done and a shuttle was not yet available. We then waited almost an additional hour to hear back that a shuttle would not be available to pick us up until 5pm. We had to take a Lyft back to the dealership. While the fee was reimbursed, it was highly inconvenient given that we arrived very early and weren't notified of the delay until almost an hour after our car was done being serviced. This took up four hours of our day when it should have been half of that time. While I understand this may have been a systems problem, more could have been done in terms of service recovery, especially from Lexus where there is usually excellent customer service.
