He took advantage of my wife by offering her discount on a Conventional Oil Change with AAA CARD for $13 off which brought the price to $117 and knowing that they had a special for $69.88 that goes until 8/31/17 on that same service. To me that was unprofessional and taking advantage of a woman that doesn't know anything about a car or service when he could. I submitted a review on Yelp and also submitted a Complaint on the Main Lexus site to corporate. Eliseo should not be helping people or women if that's how he's gonna provide service.
